Founded by Aleksander Uszynski, a professional musician, the company focuses on carefully selected instruments—primarily Italian instruments of the 20th century—valued for their tonal character, craftsmanship, and musical personality.
Working in collaboration with respected international experts, BelSuono offers trusted guidance, professional consultation, and certificates.

Meet Our Founder
Aleksander Uszyński
Founder, Director, BelSuono GmbH
Aleksander Uszyński brings a lifetime of artistic excellence and profound musical insight to BelSuono GmbH.
His distinguished career as a violist was shaped by formative guidance from legendary musicians, including Rudolf Barshai, Michael Flaksman, Kim Kashkashian, Wolfram Christ, Bruno Giuranna, and Zakhar Bron. Following early engagements with leading orchestras in Italy, he served as Principal Violist with the Sinfonieorchester Basel. For decades, he has been a vital force across Europe as a performer, esteemed mentor, and sought-after guest at prestigious festivals and masterclasses.
Deeply committed to the future of classical music, Aleksander has actively championed young talent, founding the Chamber Symphony Foundation, the Camerata Rudolf Barshai, and the Vier Jahreszeiten Riehen Association.
Now based in Switzerland, his dedication to the art form is mirrored in his own family—a true musical dynasty. With his wife Barbara (pianist), sons Sebastian (cellist) and Lech Antonio (violist), and grandson Jakub (an emerging violin talent), Aleksander's lifelong immersion in music continually fuels his passion for matching the next generation of artists with extraordinary instruments.

After many life experiences, we have become a family fully immersed in the world of music. Together with my wife Barbara, a pianist, we were closely involved in the musical education of our two sons — Sebastian, a cellist, and Lech Antonio, a violist.
We understand the challenges that come with pursuing a full musical education: intensive study, the high costs of instruments, masterclasses, choosing outstanding professors, participating in competitions, and the constant pursuit of artistic excellence. These experiences have taught us how crucial it is to play on instruments of the highest quality — and how essential the goodwill and support of others can be. Throughout our journey, we met many generous people: professors, sponsors, educators, and music enthusiasts, whose help allowed our sons, and now even our grandchildren, to progress and achieve their goals.
Today I found BelSuono GmbH is guided by a simple idea: fine instruments and bows should inspire musicians and accompany them throughout their artistic journey. Our mission is to support the young generation of musicians, making their path toward their goals and dreams easier and giving them access to exceptional instruments that enhance their artistic development.
